Payment Methods We Accept in Jamaica

We support secure, widely used options:

  • Remaining balance is usually due on the day of your tour or transfer, often collected at pickup.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are based on days before the trip start (typical schedule):

– Full refund if you cancel at least 72–120 hours before your tour.

– 25% fee if canceled between 96–71 hours before your tour.

– 50% fee if canceled within 48 hours of your tour.

– No refund for cancellations inside 24 hours or for no-shows.

– Once a tour or transfer has started, refunds are not available.

– Cruise passenger bookings may qualify for a refund if your ship cannot dock.
