Displayed prices generally include known mandatory taxes/fees; some local taxes, resort or service fees, or government charges may be collected at the destination. Currency conversions are indicative; your bank/payment provider may apply its own FX rates and fees.
Payment timing, change/cancellation eligibility, penalties, no-show rules, and refund timelines are set mainly by the Supplier. Please read our Payments, Changes & Cancellation Policy and your country page (if available) before paying. If rules conflict, the Supplier rules for your product prevail.
You are responsible for passports, visas, transit/entry permissions, and health requirements (e.g., vaccinations). Check official sources and Supplier guidance before travel.
We pass reasonable requests to Suppliers, but cannot guarantee fulfillment. Tell us early about accessibility needs so we can liaise with Suppliers.
If you post reviews or content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services. Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing material.

Unless a country page states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Cairo, Egypt have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Optional arbitration: Where permitted by law, we may require that certain disputes be resolved by confidential, binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in Cairo. Consumers may retain any non-waivable statutory rights and forums under applicable local law.
